Low fat diet

This is a special diet, which consists of foods with as much as possible low fat. It is believed that limitation of fat consumed will make the body to use its own fat deposits as an energy source.

If to refuse to use fats for a long time, a deficit of fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K may occur. As a result, vitamin deficiency is developing, which primarily affects the person’s appearance. The skin becomes dull and dry, hair and nails – brittle.
