Therefore, the sister of the Duchess Kate decided to take drastic measures:

The weight loss program was developed by the pharmacologists Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. The emphasis is on products that are a source of polyphenols.

As noted by the diet creators, these microelements help activate the “genes of slenderness”.

The list includes:

  • cabbage,
  • arugula,
  • strawberries,
  • walnuts,
  • red wine,
  • cocoa.

It is believed that the polyphenols help to speed up the metabolism in the body, which allows you to burn fat during exercise more effectively.

However, Pippa Middleton can not consume these products in any quantity.

Her eating plan is scheduled from top to bottom:

  1. For three days, she limits herself to 1000 calories, consuming only green cocktails and having only one full meal.
  2. For four following days, the daily caloric value rises to 1500, and a second meal is added.
  3. Next two weeks are dedicated to the reconstitution phase which implies consuming three meals daily. Meals during the last phase should be rich in sirtuin  activators.

The famous American nutritionist Brigitte Zeitlin noted that the diet that is chosen for Pippa Middleton is not safe:
